In 2020, COVID-19 spread throughout the world, and as of 5:00 p.m. on December 28th, 8,079,902 people were infected and 1,765,071 people died worldwide, while 221,412 people were infected and 3,100 people died in Japan (according to a count by Johns Hopkins University). In the spring of that year, in the midst of the declaration of a state of emergency, on a warm and sunny day in May, this corporation was born. We are a small organization, but we started with a seed of hope for the future. After completing graduate school, I have been a clinical practitioner for 18 years and an educator and researcher for 18 years. My colleagues in this organization include a doctor, a nurse, and clinical psychologists with extensive careers in clinical practice and research.
There are three key words that are important to this corporation. Diversity, family, and QOL.
Each person and each family has its own personality and is a unique and irreplaceable life and family. We would like to cherish this diversity.
Families also have a history, a shape, a function, and a future. We would like to cherish this family unit.
To improve QOL is to be like the child and to be like the family. We would like to cherish the voices of the children and their families.
